Refund Policy

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, no further charges occur and access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases (single deep readings) are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once used. If a technical error prevented delivery of your purchase, contact us and we will make it right—either by delivering the content or issuing a full refund.
How to Request
Email hello@helloastraia.com with the email address used at purchase. Refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
