1. The Service
Astraia ("the Service") is a self-reflection and entertainment web app. Users draw illustrated archetype cards and receive AI-generated reflective interpretations and journaling prompts. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-exploration purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict or guarantee any future outcome.
2. Accounts
You may use the Service anonymously. If you sign in with an email address, your reading history is linked to that account and synced across devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Astraia offers paid subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes, and payment security. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content generated by the Service is for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Intellectual Property
Card artwork is based on the Rider-Waite Tarot (1909), which is in the public domain. The Astraia name, design, and software are our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
